I'm pretty sure I know the answer, however, if aftermarket products (such as GAP and warranties) are paid for cash - out of pocket - does they still need to be disclosed on the security agreement under Amount Paid to Others on Your Behalf?

on the security agreement under Amount Paid to Others on Your Behalf

Any such requirement for such a disclosure would have to be a State law issue. Federal law does not deal with security agreements.
