We routinely receive one of the lovely direct dispute form letters for one of our former loan customers. Well, we receive them for more than one customer but in this particular instance, we are receiving our response back as Return to Sender/Unable to Forward. We have a handful of these returned responses in the file. Are we obligated to continue to send responses, even if we have a bad address and can document several attempts to respond?
