We have an existing HELOC with a lien against primary residence. Customer would like to increase HELOC. Using LaserPro, would I need a new credit agreement & disclosure, Notice of Right to Cancel for additional advances or could I do a Change in Terms with the Notice of Right to Cancel? I am not sure what other disclosures are required.....do I need a new HUD? We don't work with HELOC's very often.

Thanks for the input.

You should be able to use a change in terms agreement for a LOC increase and you would need ROR for the increase. Use Form G-7 in Appendix G of Reg. Z.

There is no HUD requirement for HELOCs.
