We are entering into a Loan Servicing Agreement with a non-profit to service their mortgage loans. I have been asked to review the Servicing Agreement for "compliance" but other than ensuring that the non-profit provides appropriate disclosures re: transfer of servicing, what "compliance matters" should I be looking for (or not finding) in the Servicing Agreement? Legal has reviewed it. We would not be responsible for their loan documentation or disclosures. Any key points I should watch for? Thank you!
