I know this is a silly, I should already know question but, I'm having one of those days...........When must the balloon disclosure/addendum be given to the customer? I've heard it should be an 'early' and I've heard before or at consummation? Thank you, I appreciate you entertaining my lack of brain power today.

Is this a disclosure required by State law? Otherwise I am not too sure what you may be referring too.
