We have a loan subject to Reg U that is going to renew soon. No new money, just a straight renewal. Is a new FR U-1 form required to be completed or is verifying the collateral value all that is required?

221.3(h) Renewals and extensions of maturity. A renewal or extension of maturity of a credit need not be considered a new extension of credit if the amount of the credit is increased only by the addition of interest, service charges, or taxes with respect to the credit.
