We have an appraisal on file on a residential property currently owned by the Bank. (Appraisal was performed after minor improvements to the property) The Bank has found a buyer for the property and is going to finance the purchase. Is a new appraisal required?

If it still meets your appraisal policy I don't see why it would not be acceptable.
