If an appraisal is not required per DU findings, what would we deliver to the applicant prior to closing to satisfy the Reg B appraisal delivery rules?

You are only required to provide copies of an appraisal or other written valuation developed in connection with the application. If your bank did not obtain one there is nothing to provide.
