We recently listened to a training that advised that we get the Notice of Flood Harzard form that follows the determination signed for every loan, even if the property is not in a flood zone. Just in case the map changes.
Is anyone else taking this extra precaution?
Also our flood provider doesn't give us that form any longer.

It's not required and we only provide the mandated notices.
