The new determination clearly states in block 2 collateral address. If the wrong address is entered, how do we know the right property has been identified? I checked the legal on the form and it seems to match up to the title, but how is that possible? Who is responsible to enter the legal on the determination? Seems to me if there is no title work ordered yet, the lender wouldn't have any idea about the legal description

This is a rhetorical question, correct?

Sorry I bothered you with rhetoric--I'll try to figure it out without BOL help. Thank you for your time.

A rhetorical question is a question asked more to produce an effect than to summon an answer.

Basically, you answered your own question in your posting.

If the wrong address is entered, how do we know the right property has been identified?

You have said it all right there and there really isn't anything to add. You need to pull a correct FHD from your vendor.
