borrower did not provide insurance co with pictures so they dropped his $250,000 NFIP coverage to an amount ($7,000) that is lower than we require.
Borrower refuses to buy more coverage or provide the insurance company with pictures..
so we force place via a supplemental private policy because their is already a too low nfip policy in existence?
is that right -

You could place a $250,000 private policy with a $7,000 deductible, if that is what you want to do.

I would be declaring the loan in default, as the borrower is being uncooperative.
