Comprehensive Mobile Home Policy That Includes Flood Coverage - In the recent past I found some older guidance from FEMA or one of the Regulators regarding mobile home loans and flood insurance. Specifically, how the borrower can often obtain a “comprehensive” mobile home / manufactured home policy that includes flood coverage. I am trying to locate this info but now I can’t locate. Has anybody seen this in older guidance or mandatory guidelines? Thanks!

That used to be the case, but any such policy now would have to be judged based on the private policy requirements.
