i came across a flood determination where the name listed is not the name of the borrower however is the name of the business where property is located and same address.

is there any regulatory issues with not matching name on the Note/signer?

I don't see a box for the name of the borrower.

when we order our flood determination the vendor puts the name and the address in the collateral box.

so i guess this would not be an issue?

Not that I am aware of since the property address is the only required information.
