Does anyone know what the maximum deductible permitted under FEMA guidelines is for Other Residential structures? Attachment D linked below shows the deductible tables from FEMA that is effective June 1, 2014, but I am having trouble interpreting the table. I believe the answer is $50,000, but was confused as table 8B combines Other Residential and Non-Residential Policies and contains footnote 7 which only pertains to deductibles for Non-Residential Policies.

Thanks for any help!

$5,000

Deductibles of $10,000 to $50,000 are available only for Non-Residential Policies.
