Three residential towers not connect to each other -
One solid commercial building underneath the 3 residential towers - like a birthday cake with 3 candles on it!!

I received a commercial flood policy for $500,000, since the commercial square footage exceeds the residential, this is all I need. Correct?

No RCBAP since commercial occupies the greatest square footage.

From a compliance perspective - you are done. From a safety and soundness perspective - no so much - depending on how much you lending and what your lien position might be.
