Previously, the FEMA Manual General Rules section used to require the below items be included on the Flood Declaration Page; however, in the October 1, 2018 and the April 1, 2019 FEMA Manual, that section has been removed. Are financial institutions to follow the 11 item requirements or is there some other standard we should be using now that this is no longer in the FEMA Manual?

What items below? Hard to know what you are talking about. The contents of a NFIP declaration page have not changed.

4) Insured’s Name and Mailing Address
5) Property Location
6) Current Flood Risk Zone
7) Rated Flood Risk Zone (zone used for rating, including when grandfathering or issuing coverage under the Newly Mapped procedure)
8) Grandfathered: Y/N
9) Mortgagee Name and Address
10) Coverage Limits and Deductibles
11) Annual Premium
