I understand we must provide the Flood Notice to the borrowers at each renewal, but are we required to wait the ten days before the loan can renew? The Flood Insurance is already in place at the time of maturity.

Really going to come down to your regulator's expectations. They seem to have different views on what a "reasonable period of time" might be. Call your EIC.
