For those who are including the originator's unique identifier on their business cards, how will you be disclosing the identifier on the card? Will you use something like "MLO number 12334", NMLRS number 1223222", "1223332" underneath name e-mail, telephone lines?

Our policy is to list name, title, then the NMLS ID.

We do the same on email returns. We also hard code the NMLS ID into the residential loan app for each MLO.
We also list our institution ID on business cards and the application as a formality, but it is certainly not a requirement.
