Title: Re: ARM Notices - Indexes not updated timely

We discovered a problem yesterday - the person who does the weekly index updates to the system did not do them for the first week of March, so all of the ARM notices that went out that week were incorrect (rate change notices). Also, we found out there are some weeks where the person who does this doesn't have time to do them on Monday, so they get done on Tuesday thereby making the notices incorrect.

How do others do this? Do you always have someone update on Mondays or do you leave it open for the person to do it on a different day, but effective date it, then just tell your system to run the notices on a different date? (Otherwise, if the notices come out before the indexes are updated, the 45 day lookback used for notice is incorrect.)
