LO's are the worlds worst about questioning compliance because..quite frankly, they often don't like the answers they get! LOL.
I was a LO for YEARS, but fortunately started out as a MLO and therefore had to be very compliant, so it transferred over to regular lending. Being exposed to many areas of banking certainly helps you to be what you are today. 3 years isn't very long, you are right! But everyday you learn more and more and honestly, I don't think this is a profession that you will ever know everything!
