Is corporate being stricter? They are within their rights to be stricter than the reg. Hard to tell from the post. Also, when a reg gives options, corporate has to pick one way to make it work and disregard options.
If they are out of compliance that is another discussion, but again hard to tell from this and it needs to be worked out internally anyway!
