I'm a veteran CO, but admit this is a question I don't know.
Is there a requirement to screen applicants (deposit and lending) to see if they are servicemembers? We do screen applicants for certain consumer loans against the DOD database, but beyond that, it isn't a field that we track.
What are other FI doing?
