Title: Re: Is "Constructive Sharing" Really OK?

We have an insurance affiliate and we have disclosed this on our privacy notice. We stated that the customers could not limit sharing for our affiliates' everyday business purposes (information about your transactions and experiences). Are we able to provide name, address, email and generic collateral type (i.e. auto loan or mortgage) to the insurance affiliate to offer an insurance quote without requiring an opt-out? We of course would let them know they are not required to purchase their insurance through us as a condition for their loan.
