Director apappointments in small community bank

We are a small new community bank and want to make sure our directors appoint all the appropriate individuals necessary on an annual or as recommended basis... for example BSA Officer, CRA Officer, Security Officer, Privacy Officer... are there any others? Are there others that might be a best practice for a bank up to $250 mil. I appreciate your help!

Check your by-laws or other organizational documents for any requirements in additional to those required by regulation.

Thanks, I have done that (by-laws etc)... I mainly wanted to confirm I haven't missed any regulatory required appointments or others that are considered a best practice.
