I am trying to locate the first day information request that is provided by the OCC when they do a compliance or safety/soundness exam. what do they call their first day letter and is it available on their website? I can't find it anywhere.

It's not on the website. The examiner in charge will generally send it to your CEO or other designated senior officer a couple of weeks before the exam starts.
Can you look back in the bank's files to the last exam? Maybe someone kept a copy of the last one. They usually don't change much.

No. They are not our regulator yet. Just trying to get a jump start just in case things change.
