Regulations Question

Regulations Question - 03/03/09 09:09 PM

This may be a dumb question, but does anyone know if banks are required to maintain the regulations in book form? I would really like to get rid of those books.

It is so much easier to look things up online and you wouldn't have to keep filing all those updates.

Any responses appreciated.

Are you talking about these 5x10" hole punched sheets I get each year from the FDIC, but cannot locate a binder in my bank that they could be placed with?
