Laser Pro--Louisiana

How do you process a loan on Laser Pro that is a mobile home purchase, with real estate. The mobile home is the borrower's dwelling. As I understand it, no matter which way the laser pro operator goes, the loan contracts under the LMVSA. Would it not be contracted under LCCL.
