Does anyone do in house "online" training?
That is to say someone allows many other employees to connect to his/her station so that person can show the others how to do something.
If so, do you have a terms of use agreement, do you allow anyone to connect to any other station, or are there designated "trainers?"
Do you have any other security or compliance or confidentiality protections in place surrounding this process?
