Does anyone have any recent articles/websites they have used to show the importance of training and the result of noncompliance?

Want to drive home the point that we need to be completing this in a timely manner.

I normally just read through recent enforcement actions and will pull a snippet from those and put it into a Powerpoint. Deficient training programs are frequently mentioned in CMP's. Here's a good place to start on the BSA side, there are similar pages on flood, etc. Hope this helps.
