I am looking for the regulatory requirements to have the printed brochures for FDIC insurance in our branch lobbies. Can we instead send our customers to our website and send them directly to the FDIC Insurance website? Seems outdated to keep paper brochures everywhere.

I don't know that it is a "requirement". Please somebody correct me if I'm wrong. We do provide the paper brochures to customers with questions and I believe we keep some in our lobbies for customers. I've also provided my staff with links to the EDIE calculator which is a BIG help. But again - I don't think it's a requirement......
It is not a regulatory requirement. You can direct the customers to the website. We do not keep them in the lobby at all.
