ARM Advertising

Sorry.. I posted this in the Marketing forum, but haven't gotten any reply.

In an ARM advertisiment, do you need to spell out all caps and margins? Max LTV and Loan Amount? and every item that is added into the APR? or am I over disclosing. My Marketing group wants me to only include what has to be in the ad. HELP... please

I'd suggest reviewing section 226.24 of Reg Z and the commentary. There should be some guidance here.
