Lobby Notices

What notices should be found in every lobby. The List I have right now is:

Member FDIC
= Housing Lender
USA Patriot Act
Home Mortgage Disclosure Act Notice
CRA Notice (9/98)
Disclosure Stmt of Financial Condition Notice
Reg CC -Funds Availability Notice (with correct cut-off time for branch)
Equal Housing Lender Notice

Are there any others I should be looking for?

Those are the ones that we review for. Remember that they need to be visible to all customer's. I've found some banks where they are out of sight.

Don't forget notices that may be required under state law if you are a state bank.
