Changing Branch Hours

When changing the hours for a branch location,do we need to do anything other than post a 30 day notice?

Are you shortening or lengthening the hours?

We are shortening the hours from seven to six.

That should be sufficient - since it doesn't affect their cost of banking with you, there is no requirement, other than customer courtesy. IF you have the ability, it wouldn't hurt to include a statement stuffer for the affected ZIP codes.
