Good afternoon,
Does anyone know of a website which would provide examples and/or assistance with composing bank related customer correspondence? Fully aware of the regulatory requirements of certain letters (such as when the rate discount is removed on HEIL because the borrower is not longer an employee), it would be helpful to see examples of the verbiage in letters which tactfully explains situations such as this is a cutomer. Thanks!
