BSA Less Cash Transactions

I have quit a few less cash transactions in my 4th quarter review. How are all of you documenting such transactions. As a withdrawl or in the other section(Part II section 36) and noting "less cash"?

I've not had any of these myself, but I would tend toward Negotiable Instruments Cashed if the proceeds came from a check deposit, or Withdrawal if the proceeds came from another account.

If you're paying out part of the proceeds of a check that's not yet been collected, it's a cashed check.
