Is anyone out there doing a refi of a 1st mortgage simultaneously closing with a HEL/HELOC to pay down the 1st?
If the refi of the 1st is with the same lender and no ROR is required, I don't think this would work. I guess that is the question I need to ask, can you only do this, due to timing, if both loans require the ROR? And is anyone out there doing these?
