Loosing Small Servicer Status

What thresholds would a bank have to meet to lose small servicer status? Not only in number of loans produced but what if the loans and their servicing were sold w/I 2 weeks of closing/booking/funding? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

5,000 loans if you are servicing just your loans or ones to which you have received an assignment and you service for no other third parties.
