Ad Hoc: Redlining Scoping Report

Hello BOLers,

I had an examiner suggest that I include a "Redlining Scoping Report" with my next Fair Lending Audit. I won't name the vendor the FDIC used here, but I wonder if anyone knows a vendor that would do this ad hoc, without me purchasing a software package.
