Does anyone have a form they use to conduct fair lending reviews? I know that most do not, but thought I would put it out there.

Considering you have to start with a risk assessment and then move to what you decide to test, I am not sure how someone else's form would do you any good, even if someone had one.

I was actually looking for a summary of what should be reviewed to ensure that I have everything. Number of days to decision, Intent to proceed, Notice of appraisal, adverse action - things like that. I have procedures for my actual tests. This was just an overview. I've spent most of my career with CRA and fair lending regs at a high level. This is the first position where I am digging into the nuts and bolts of fair lending.

That sounds like a loan file audit and not a fair lending review.
