We are trying to find the correct way to title an irrevocable burial account. We had the info at one time, but the CSRs never kept it for reference and I just can't put my fingers on it. (two merged banks with different ways)

There are likely state-specific laws about this. I can give you some info for Kansas if you'd like.

I think I know but I just need some clarification and don't know where to find it. You say state law?
