Act 55 Yes Again

Act 55 just won't die. We are offering daily accural insurance. (new for us) My concern is with the disclosure stmt. Total payments and payment amount on our loan processor come out with a *total of payments & the payment schedule include monthly credit insurance premiums, which are estimated to total of $. How can this be an accurate disclosure if it is an estimate? Are these disclosures within compliance of Act 55. PS we are an OCC bank.
