Loan Est / Liability after Foreclosure - 10/30/15 06:53 PM
Has anyone else had a loan estimate print with a Liability after Foreclosure notice on page 3? I thought this was supposed to be on the Closing Disclosure?

It is only allowed on the LE if the purpose is Refinance.

The Liability after Foreclosure is state specific.
The TRID disclosure requirements are found at .37(m)(7) and .38(p)(3).
