Shop + House = Shouse

The bank is making a loan to purchase 85 acres and build a "Shouse". I am saying this is a TRID loan because is will also have living space. Right?

Unless this shop has some commercial purpose (as opposed to just being used as a typical shop by the homeowner), i'd say yes.

BTW...we call those "shomes" here.

Well, i had to become a "shome" convert....lenders were calling it that and i was like "huh?"...and they filled me in.
