TRID Loan withdrawl timing - 07/03/20 04:52 PM
We had a construction to perm loan request with app date of 6/18/20. LE should have been sent out on 6/23/20. On 6/23/20, customer sent an email to the loan officer requesting to withdraw the loan application. The email was not seen until 6/24/20. Should a LE have been sent on 6/23/20 or did the customer withdraw within the three day window even though we did not see it until 6/24/20.
