Which company to list on the LE/CD

We are in the process of starting to use an Appraisal Management Company and initially this would be the only name we know. However, once the appraisal is completed, we now have the name of the actual Appraiser Company that was used to complete the appraisal. We still pay out to the Appraisal Management Company but are we still ok just listing this management company on the CD or do we have to change it to the actual appraiser?

Who they subcontract to is not really here nor there, if you are cutting the check to the AMC If the title company charges a courier fee, would you list the fact that they paid those funds to Randy Courier?
