Just curious......2018 HMDA introduces home equity loans (the "other" purpose type) which adds new loans to the LAR...but the ag. purpose exemption has been expanded, which should (for some lenders anyway) subtract loans from the LAR. Just curious what kinds of numbers you're seeing...whether your YTD LAR this year is bigger or smaller than years past. My LAR seems to be right on par for what it's been in previous years.

I'm curious about this too.. There is an older thread in this forum where folks chimed in last year with their estimates of how many more loans they would need to report with the inclusion of HELOCs. It sounded like quite a few for most folks, so it would be interesting to hear if that's how things are looking so far this year.

No noticeable change for us to date but we don't have to report HELOCs and our Ag loans are very minimal.
