Entity/Individual report DTI?

Entity/Individual report DTI? - 10/08/21 03:47 PM

So the reporting for income is NA if the applicant or co-applicant is not a natural person - perfectly clear. But the DTI wording says "the requirement is not applicable when the applicant and co-applicant, if applicable, are not natural persons. This makes it sound like there are two applicants, they both have to be entities in order to report NA. That seems odd that we would have to report DTI without reporting income.

So NA if there is an entity with an individual joint applicant or DTI should be reported?

Thanks in advance.

Do not report if there is an entity involved.

Even though the Edits do not test for this like they do for income? See V680 for Debt-to-Income ration versus V655 for Income.

Of what value is it if the entity has $15 million in annual income and $2 million in annual debt payments?
