Wirt of Attachment

I have received a Writ of Attachment of list of defendants and some of which do maintain an account with the bank. I understand I am supposed to hold on the funds until a notice of levy is served. However, am I supposed to response back on the Memorandum of Garnishee even though I am not remitting the fund at this time? I was going through the memorandum and none of the questions seem to be appropriate for me to response that the bank is holding the funds. Can anyone help to clarify? Thank you!
