CA Consumer Disclsoure Requirements - 10/31/17 08:30 PM
We have a customer that is currently stationed in CA wanting to buy a car. Are there any "special" application or loan disclosures under CA law? If so could you please point me in the right direction? I seem to remember reading something a few years ago that CA had some very strict consumer disclosure laws even if the lender was not located in CA.

Never mind - found the CA code 22328 and 22329 that addresses auto loans.

Dan, be sure to refer to
CA Civil Code section 1799.91 if there will be a cosigner.
