Title Examination Fee - allowed?

After reviewing a GFE for a 30-yr fixed FHA loan, I noticed that the lender was charging a $100 title search fee and a $140 title examination fee.

It was my understanding that a title examination fee is no longer allowed to be charged.

Can someone confirm and/or provide the citation for this?
